Using Docker to manage the Acadia Library's web infrastructure

In this session Josh will present how we are using Docker in the Acadia Library to manage our digital infrastructure. Topics include Docker fundamentals, infrastructure as code using Docker Compose, development and production processes, reverse proxies, and converting existing code bases to Docker projects.

- Managing incoming connections with reverse proxies
Speaker Bio:
Josh d'Entremont is an Acadia alum with over 10 years experience in web development and library technologies. He is also a part time faculty member in Acadia's Jodrey School of Computer Science, where he has taught for the past 5 years.
